1. Identification

These Terms govern the use of this website and sales carried out by Elitelashes Lda., registered in Albufeira, Portugal.

Use of this website implies full acceptance of these conditions. The company reserves the right to update them at any time.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

Orders are placed exclusively online. The sales contract is concluded once payment confirmation is received.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include Portuguese VAT at the legal rate in force. Orders unpaid within 5 business days will be automatically cancelled.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and not binding. The company is not responsible for courier delays or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014, consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Legal Guarantee

Products benefit from a 3-year legal conformity guarantee under Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Consumers may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity. More information at www.consumidor.gov.pt

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Judicial Court of Faro District – Albufeira Court, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
