1. Identification and Scope
These Terms govern the use of the website and the terms of sale applied by Elitelashes Lda., having its registered office at Rua do Bem Parece nº 908, 8200-372 Albufeira, Portugal, NIPC 515324736, owner of the online shop associated with the Natalia.pt project.
Use of the website implies full acceptance of these terms. The company reserves the right to update them at any time, with the conditions in force on the date of the order being applicable.
2. Orders and Contract Conclusion
Orders are placed exclusively online. The contract is deemed concluded upon confirmation of payment. The customer undertakes to provide true, complete and up-to-date information.
The company may cancel orders in the event of a technical error, stock shortage or suspected fraud.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Failure to make payment within 5 working days results in the automatic cancellation of the order.
4. Deliveries
Deliveries are carried out via contracted courier. The delivery times indicated are purely indicative and non-binding.
The company shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or for incorrect details provided by the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, the consumer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error attributable to the company. Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. Legal Warranty
Products benefit from a legal conformity warranty of 3 years, pursuant to Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021. In the event of a defect, the consumer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, as applicable.
7. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification or erasure by written communication to the official email.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content is the property of the company or used under licence. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
9. Alternative Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. More information at: www.consumidor.gov.pt

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of judicial disputes, the Judicial Court of the District of Faro – Albufeira Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
