How does the program work?
The Natalia Reseller Program was developed to offer progressive commercial conditions to professional customers belonging to the Reseller group.
The system works with two main benefits: an immediate discount applied to each order and an annual bonus calculated according to the purchase volume accumulated over the last 365 days.
Prices displayed on the website always remain public prices. The reseller discount appears in the cart and at checkout, clearly shown before the order is completed.
Important
Discounts are calculated on product values excluding tax. The system does not change the public prices displayed on product pages, categories or listings.
The final discounted amount is displayed in the cart summary and during checkout, allowing the reseller to clearly see the benefit applied before payment.
The discount is automatic for eligible customers and does not require a promotional coupon.
1. Immediate order discount
The higher the order value excluding tax, the higher the immediate discount applied. This discount is calculated automatically in the cart and at checkout.
2. Annual loyalty bonus
In addition to the immediate order discount, resellers may receive an extra bonus according to the total purchase value accumulated over the last 365 days.
This bonus rewards partners who purchase regularly and contribute to the growth of the brand throughout the year.
Immediate discount
Maximum order discount, calculated according to the cart value excluding tax.
Annual bonus
Maximum loyalty bonus, granted according to accumulated purchases over the last 365 days.
Global cap
Maximum total discount combining immediate discount and annual bonus.
3. Reseller levels
The program includes progression levels that help each reseller track their growth. The higher the annual purchase volume, the higher the available bonus.
Silver
€0 – €4,999
Standard scale, with access to the immediate order discount.
Gold
€5,000 – €19,999
Annual bonus of +10%, in addition to the applicable immediate discount.
Platinum
€20,000 – €34,999
Annual bonus of +15%, in addition to the applicable immediate discount.
Diamond
€35,000 or above
The Diamond level offers the maximum annual bonus of +18%, always respecting the maximum global discount limit defined by the program.
4. Where does the discount appear?
Prices displayed on the website always remain public prices. This means that while browsing categories, product pages or listings, the reseller will continue to see the normal shop prices.
When products are added to the cart, the system automatically calculates the reseller discount based on the order value excluding tax and the available annual bonus.
The discount appears in the cart, at checkout and in the order summary, so the reseller can clearly confirm the final value before payment.

Dedicated reseller account page
Each Retailer customer will have access to an exclusive page inside their Natalia account.
In this area, the reseller will be able to view their current status, accumulated purchase total, annual bonus, available discount and the remaining amount required to reach the next level.

Practical example
Current order
Order value excluding tax.
Immediate discount
Automatically applied according to the order value.
Annual bonus
Based on €12,000 in accumulated purchases over the last 365 days.
Result
An order of €2,500 excluding tax receives an immediate discount of 40%. If the reseller has accumulated €12,000 in purchases over the last 365 days, they also receive an additional bonus of +12%.
Total discount applied: 52%.
