How does the programme work?
The Natalia Reseller Programme was created to offer progressive commercial terms to professional clients enrolled in the Reseller group.
The system operates with two core benefits: an instant discount applied to every order and an annual bonus calculated on cumulative purchase volume over the previous 365 days.
Prices displayed on the website remain public retail prices at all times. The reseller discount appears clearly in the basket and at checkout prior to order completion.

The final discounted amount is shown in the basket summary and during checkout, ensuring the reseller clearly sees the applied benefit before making payment.

1. Instant discount per order
The higher the order value excluding VAT, the greater the instant discount applied. This discount is calculated automatically in the basket and at checkout.
2. Annual loyalty bonus
In addition to the instant discount per order, resellers can receive an additional bonus based on total accumulated purchases over the last 365 days.
This bonus rewards partners who purchase regularly and contribute to the brand's growth throughout the year.

3. Reseller Tiers
The programme includes progression tiers to help each reseller track their growth. The higher the annual purchase volume, the greater the available bonus.
Silver
€0 – €4,999
Standard tier, providing access to instant discounts per order.
Gold
€5,000 – €19,999
Annual bonus of +10%, in addition to the applicable instant discount.
Platinum
€20,000 – €34,999
Annual bonus of +15%, in addition to the applicable instant discount.
Diamond
€35,000 or higher
The Diamond tier offers the maximum annual bonus of +18%, always subject to the maximum global discount limit set by the programme.
4. Where does the discount appear?
Prices displayed on the website are always public retail prices. This means that while browsing categories, product pages or listings, the reseller will continue to see standard shop prices.
When a product is added to the basket, the system automatically calculates the reseller discount based on the order value excluding VAT and the available annual bonus.
The discount is shown in the basket, at checkout and in the order summary, so that the reseller can clearly verify the final price before payment.
