1. Logistics Partners
Natalia.pt collaborates with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Within Portugal, shipments are primarily handled by CTT – Correios de Portugal.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
- Mainland Portugal: 1–2 business days
- Madeira & Azores: 2–5 business days
- Europe: up to 7 business days
- Rest of the World: up to 15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin after payment confirmation. Delays may occur during peak seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Rates depend on destination, weight, and selected service.
4. Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are processed on business days. Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number via email.
Risk transfers to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave the parcel at a designated collection point. Failure to collect the parcel may result in return shipping charges.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect packaging upon receipt. Any visible damage should be reported immediately to the carrier and to customer support within 48 hours.
7. Incorrect Address
Natalia.pt is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
8. Force Majeure
The company is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, including strikes, extreme weather, customs inspections, or force majeure.
